KB Agent Access

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern KB Agent Access, an internal QuickBooks integration operated by KB Contracting.

Authorized internal use

KB Agent Access is for authorized KB Contracting personnel and approved service providers acting on KB Contracting’s behalf. It is not offered for public signup or consumer use. Access to the application and connected QuickBooks Online company must be approved by KB Contracting.

QuickBooks Online connection

Each QuickBooks Online company connection requires authorization through Intuit’s OAuth process. Users must not attempt to access a company, account, or data that they are not authorized to access. An authorized administrator may disconnect a company connection at any time.

Permitted purpose

The application may be used only for approved internal accounting, operational, reporting, and financial-review workflows. It does not provide banking, lending, investment, insurance, payment-processing, legal, tax, or financial-advisory services.

Security responsibilities

Authorized users must protect their login credentials, use the application only through approved systems, and promptly report any suspected unauthorized access. KB Contracting may suspend or revoke access when necessary to protect its systems, data, or business operations.

Availability and changes

KB Contracting may change, suspend, or discontinue KB Agent Access at any time. The application is provided for internal business use without any guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
