KB Agent Access

Privacy Policy

KB Agent Access is an internal QuickBooks integration operated by KB Contracting. This policy explains how the application handles information when an authorized KB Contracting user connects a QuickBooks Online company.

Information the application accesses

With an authorized QuickBooks Online connection, KB Agent Access may access accounting information needed to support approved internal business workflows, such as company details, customers, vendors, invoices, expenses, accounts, and reports. The application accesses only the QuickBooks data permitted by the authorized connection and approved scopes.

How information is used

Information is used only to support KB Contracting’s internal accounting, operational, reporting, and financial-review workflows. KB Agent Access is not a consumer service and is not offered for public signup.

Sharing and sale of information

KB Contracting does not sell QuickBooks Online data accessed through KB Agent Access. Information is not shared outside KB Contracting except when necessary to operate approved technical infrastructure or when required by law.

Security and access

Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems. KB Contracting uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. QuickBooks access can be revoked through the connected QuickBooks Online company or through the application’s authorized administrators.

Retention and deletion

KB Contracting retains information only as long as reasonably necessary for the internal business purpose for which it was accessed, for operational records, or to meet legal and accounting obligations. An authorized user may request disconnection of the QuickBooks Online company at any time. After disconnection, future access stops; retained business records remain subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Changes to this policy

KB Contracting may update this policy as the application changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are posted.
